Returns & Exchanges

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• Email mjweddingwonders@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Please contact us for return instructions before shipping anything back.

• Need a different size? We'll exchange it: same 30-day window, same condition requirements.
• If the size you need is out of stock, we'll refund you instead. Your call.

The following can't be returned, and this will always be marked clearly on the product page:

• Items marked Final Sale or bought with a final-sale discount code
• Personalized or monogrammed items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Gift cards and delivered digital goods

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
• For a change of mind or a size you selected incorrectly, you pay return postage. Return destinations may differ by supplier and may be overseas. Contact us before buying if you need the return destination or postage details. We explain any return postage charge before you arrange the return.
• We do not deduct a restocking fee from an eligible return in the required condition. Ordinary discounts and free-shipping offers do not make an item final sale.
• If we sent the wrong item or a defective item, we cover return shipping and fix it fast: refund or replacement, your choice.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out immediately. No hoops.
