If it isn't right, send it back

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging.

Email mjweddingwonders@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Returns are processed through our fulfilment partner, and the correct address depends on where your item shipped from. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return address within one business day.

Please wait for that address before shipping anything back. Items sent to the wrong facility can't always be recovered, and we'd rather not have that happen to you.

Returns to our Lakewood mailing address can't be accepted — it's our registered address, not a returns facility.

• Our error — wrong item, faulty, damaged in transit: we cover return postage, and we'll usually just replace it.
• Change of mind, or wrong size ordered — return postage is yours. Email us first: we may be able to sort it without a return at all.

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of your return arriving, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
