If it isn't right, send it back

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging.

A short list is final sale. Most of it is for hygiene reasons, and none of it is a judgement call we make after the fact — it's the same list every time:

• Made-to-measure, personalized or otherwise customized pieces.
• Underwear, lingerie, shapewear and swimwear once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened.
• Earrings and other pierced jewelry.
• Veils, headpieces and hair accessories once out of their sealed packaging.
• Anything bought as final sale or clearance.
• Anything worn to an event, or no longer in new condition.

If you're unsure whether a piece is returnable, ask us before you order and we'll tell you straight. The complete list is in our Terms, section 7.

Email mjweddingwonders@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Returns are processed through our fulfilment partner, and the correct address depends on where your item shipped from. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return address within one business day.

Please wait for that address before shipping anything back. Items sent to the wrong facility can't always be recovered, and we'd rather not have that happen to you.

Returns to our Lakewood mailing address can't be accepted. It's our registered address, not a returns facility.

• Our error: wrong item, faulty, damaged in transit. We cover return postage, and we'll usually just replace it.
• Change of mind, or wrong size ordered: return postage is yours. Email us first: we may be able to sort it without a return at all.

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of your return arriving, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
